Meet the Instructor

Jenny Lorena Victoria E. 

Bioengineer and Master in Integrated Water Management from the University of Cádiz (UCA, Spain). She has 20 years of experience in sustainability. She is the founder of Centro de Formación Sostenible and the creator of Reuseplay, an innovative methodology for learning sustainability by playing with waste and LEGO-compatible pieces. Jenny has conducted studies in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), water and carbon footprint analysis, as well as LCA reviews in various sectors. She has taught at several European universities, such as UCA, EOI, UNIR, and ETU "LETI," as well as other organizations in 20 countries across Europe and Latin America.
